About Kordan

Built from inside outsourced operations.

Kordan was founded by someone who has done the work: frontline support, escalations, back-office processing, training, attendance and team leadership for US-based operations.

Why we exist

Companies don’t just need more people.

They need reliable operational capacity.

Hiring someone is only one part of the problem. Recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, supervision, quality assurance, reporting, coaching and replacement are what make a team dependable. When those are missing, a team that looked good on paper becomes another thing for a busy manager to hold together.

Kordan exists to manage that entire layer, so the businesses we work with get a team that performs, and a single partner accountable for keeping it that way.

Your team. Our responsibility.

Aldin founded Kordan after working inside outsourced customer operations serving US-based businesses, across frontline support, escalations, claims-related workflows and back-office processing.

How we think

What we believe about running operations.

These principles shape how we recruit, manage and report, and what you can expect from working with us.
  • 01

Teams are built for real demand.

We recruit around confirmed requirements rather than carrying a bench of idle staff. It keeps teams focused and costs honest.

  • 02

Reliability is managed, not hoped for.

Attendance is structured, visible and handled consistently. People know what is expected, and cover is planned before it is needed.

  • 03

    QA exists to improve people.

Quality reviews should make the next interaction better, not just record the last mistake. Every finding should lead to coaching or a clearer process.

  • 04

    Documentation is infrastructure.

Written workflows, escalation paths and decisions make an operation resilient to change. We treat them as part of the service.

  • 05

    Visibility without micromanagement.

You should understand how your operation is performing without supervising each person yourself.

  • 06

    Accountability should be obvious.

Outsourcing works when everyone knows who owns what. We define responsibilities before launch and keep them clear.

Where we operate

Kosovo, serving the United States first.

Kordan operates from Kosovo, in Europe. Our initial focus is US businesses, with the United Kingdom and wider European markets to follow as we grow.

How we’re building

Deliberately.

Kordan is a young company, and we build accordingly: teams are formed around confirmed client requirements, each engagement gets direct senior attention, and we would rather grow carefully than promise what we can’t deliver.

Let’s talk about your operation.

Whether you’re expanding customer support, clearing an operational backlog or building a dedicated team, we start by understanding the work.
