Customer Support

Customer support that operates like part of your business.

A dedicated support team trained on your products, policies and tone of voice, working in your systems and managed day to day by Kordan.

Channels

Your channels. Your systems. Your standards.

Teams work inside the helpdesk and CRM you already use, with individual accounts you control. Channels are scoped to your volume and customer expectations.

What the team handles

Frontline support, handled to your process.

Every workflow is documented with you before launch: what the team resolves, what it escalates, and where the limits of its authority sit.
  • Order inquiries

Status, changes, delivery issues and order corrections.

The operating layer

The system around your support team.

Good support depends as much on scheduling, QA and escalation discipline as on the people answering tickets. Kordan runs all of it.

FAQ

Customer support questions.

Can teams work US business hours?

Yes. Shifts are planned around the coverage you need. US Eastern business hours fall in the afternoon and evening in Kosovo, and later US time zones are covered with later shifts. Coverage requirements are agreed during solution design and reflected in the team's schedule.

Can we use our existing CRM or helpdesk?

In most cases, yes. Teams typically work inside the systems you already use, with individual user accounts that you control. We confirm system access, permissions and any tooling requirements during solution design.

How do you handle quality assurance?

We agree quality criteria with you, then review a sample of interactions and completed work against them. Findings feed individual coaching and, where patterns emerge, updates to training and documentation. QA results are included in regular reporting.

Do you provide phone support?

Voice support can be scoped where it fits the engagement. Many support operations start with email and chat, where written quality is easier to review and ramp. We'll recommend channels based on your volume and customer expectations.
