The product

Not a person. The system around the person.

Each team moves through a defined lifecycle. Setup happens once. Management, measurement and improvement never stop.
Team lifecycle: requirements, recruit, train and launch are the setup stages. Manage, measure and improve repeat as an ongoing cycle. Scale adds capacity as workload grows.

Choosing a model

An honest comparison.

Each approach can be the right one. The difference is which responsibilities you keep. Here is how the tradeoffs usually look.
  • Hiring directly overseas

    Works well when
You want direct employment relationships and already have the management capacity to recruit, supervise and retain people remotely.
    What you take on
Local employment and compliance, equipment, recruitment, supervision, QA, attendance and replacement.
  • Managing individual freelancers

    Works well when
The work is short-term, well defined and doesn’t require consistent coverage or shared standards.
    What you take on
Sourcing and vetting each person, coordinating schedules, checking quality and covering gaps when someone leaves.
  • Building the team locally

    Works well when
You need people on-site or deeply embedded in internal teams, and domestic hiring costs fit the role.
    What you take on
Full recruitment, workspace, tooling and the internal management time to run the team.
  • A managed dedicated team

    Works well when
You need reliable capacity for defined, repeatable work and want one partner accountable for running it.
    What you take on
Setting priorities, approving access, sharing knowledge and taking part in regular operational reviews.

FAQ

Dedicated team questions.

What does a dedicated team mean?

The people on your team work on your operation. They are recruited against your role requirements, trained on your products, workflows and systems, and scheduled around your coverage needs. Kordan provides the management layer around them: supervision, attendance, quality assurance, coaching and reporting.

How is Kordan different from hiring freelancers?

With freelancers, you usually recruit, train, schedule, supervise and quality-check each person yourself. With Kordan, those responsibilities sit with us. You work with one operating partner that is accountable for the team's attendance, quality and output, rather than managing several individual relationships.

How does recruitment work?

We build a role profile with you covering skills, language level, systems experience and working hours. We then source and screen candidates through structured interviews and practical assessments relevant to the work. Where you want to be involved in final selection, we can build that into the process.

How are teams managed?

Kordan handles day-to-day operational management: scheduling, attendance, supervision, workload balancing, quality reviews, coaching and escalation. You receive regular reporting and operational reviews, so you have visibility without needing to manage each person directly.

Can we start with a small team?

Yes. Many operations start with a small team and a well-defined scope, then expand once workflows are documented and performance is established. We'll discuss the right starting size for your workload during discovery.

What happens as our workload grows?

We review volume and capacity with you regularly. When workload grows, we plan additional recruitment and training ahead of demand, and adjust management and QA coverage as the team expands.

Get the team, without building the management layer.

Whether you’re expanding customer support, clearing an operational backlog or building a dedicated team, we start by understanding the work.
